We think your changing body AT LEAST deserves that much. Our focus is on the core and pelvic floor while teaching you how to listen to your body and reach future goals.
We know that each woman has a different pregnancy experience but we all have the same goal.. healthy body and baby. We have taken into consideration that you are just plain tired, and sore! Take the rest when needed..seriously no one (over here) wants you to work out when your body needs more sleep. We are here to preserve your pelvic floor and help guide to a better recovery.
