During pregnancy, extra pressure is placed on the pelvic floor which can lead to the symptoms listed above. Momletics goal is to help you coordinate your breathing with the relaxation and engagement of the pelvic floor. Leading to better symptom management and to a better post-partum and return to desired activities. We help you achieve this through exercise.

Hi! I am Sherrie Wallace and I am the owner of Momletics, LLC. I am a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. I became interested in this field when I was pregnant with my first child. I knew there had to be a better way to exercise and to feel better during pregnancy. I started my research and found a course by Brianna Battles. After completing the course to gain information for myself, I decided that I wanted to share what I learned because women need to know how our pelvic floor is impacted during pregnancy. So, I began my journey and landed here. My goal is to get to know your individual needs and what you want to acheive after birth. Lets work together!
